here is a suggestion,
Open your email that contains your password information:
Place your cursor in the body of your email
Hold down the "control key" / hit the "a" key (this is the short cut for "select all")
hold down the "control key" / hit the "c" key (this is the short cut for "Copy")
Then open MS word or have it open already / put your cursor into the word document
hold down the "control key" / hit the "v" key (this is the short cut for paste)
hold down the "control key" / hit the "s" key (this is the short cut for save)
give the document a name "Pass Words" -- save it to a folder on your hard drive where you can find it again - save all of your password in this document - but make sure you also either print it out when you make a change or keep your passwords in an address book or notebook near your computer in case your computer crashes.
Please Print these directions out and keep in a safe place
Do Not Share your user name or password with anyone else as it could corrupt the integrity of the members only area.
