Take I-84 East or West to Exit 16. At end of ramp, turn Left onto Rt. 188, South. Go Approximately 1 mile and turn left onto Airport Rd. Continue straight about ¾ mile and turn right onto Christian St. (2nd right off Airport Rd.) Follow Christian St. approx. 1 mile to Robinson Lane (4th right) between Ma's Mini-Storage and Joyce Trucking. Turn onto Robinson Lane . The training facility is .1 mile on the left in the back of the building.

Rte 8 South or Rte 63 to I-84 and proceed as above.

Rte 8 North to exit 22 ( Bank Street ) Left off exit. Left onto Route 67. Proceed on Rt. 67 for 5 miles. Turn right onto Christian St. for 1.5 miles. Turn left onto Robinson Lane and proceed as above.

FROM MERRITT PARKWAY (RTE. 15) Traveling North: Take Exit 53S- Make left turn at end of exit ramp onto Rte.110 North. Go straight approx. 3 miles to traffic light Riverdale Restaurant on left corner. Traveling South: Take Exit 53 ( first exit over steel bridge). Make a right turn at the end of the exit ramp  onto Rte.110 North - Follow directions for Rte.110 North (same as above).
FROM NEW ENGLAND THRUWAY (I-95) Traveling North; Take Exit 38, follow signs to Merrit Parkway South, Take Exit 53 (first exit over steel bridge). Make a right turn at the end of the exit ramp onto Rte.110 North. Go straight approx. 3 miles to traffic light Riverdale Restaurant on left corner. Traveling South: Take Exit 38 - Follow signs to Merrit Parkway South, Take Exit 53 (same as above).
FROM ROUTE 8 Traveling North: Take Exit 13 (Constitution Blvd) - Make a right hand turn at end of exit ramp onto Constitution Blvd. - Go approx. 2 miles, down a winding hill - At the bottom of the hill turn left into the Riverdale Restaurant parking lot. Traveling South : Take Exit 14 - Make left turn at end of exit ramp onto Rte.110 South. Go approx. 2 miles to traffic light Riverdale Restaurant on right corner. .
FROM HARTFORD:
Taking 84 West to Route 8 South, to Exit 14 (Howe Avenue), take a left at the end of the ramp and go  approximately 2 miles to traffic light Riverdale Diner will be on your right. Taking 91 South to the Merritt Parkway South, take Exit 53 (first exit over steel bridge), and make right turn at the end of the ramp onto Route 110 north. Go straight for approximately 3 miles to traffic light Riverdale Diner on left hand corner.

From New York:
Merritt Parkway, (Rte. 15) to Exit 49N, (Rte. 25 N). Follow Rte. 25 north until the expressway ends. At the light turn right onto Rte. 111. Take your first right onto Old Mine Road. This road goes into Old Mine Park.

From New York:
Interstate 95 to Exit 27A, (Rte. 8/25 N). Follow highway until Rte. 25 and Rte 8 split, (left 3 lanes become Rte. 25 North. Follow above directions to park.

From Hartford:
Wilbur Cross Parkway, (Rte. 15) to Exit 49, (Rte. 25 N). Follow Rte. 25 north until the expressway ends. At the light turn right onto Rte. 111. Take your first right onto Old Mine Road. This road goes into Old Mine Park.

From Hartford:
Interstate 95 to Exit 27A, (Rte. 8/25 N). Follow highway until Rte. 25 and Rte 8 split, (left 3 lanes become Rte. 25 North. Follow above directions to park.

From Route 84:
East or West take exit 9. Coming from Waterbury turn left at the end of the ramp. Coming from Danbury turn right at the end of ramp. Go to light and turn left onto Rte. 25 South, (this is a main road but not a highway). Follow Rte 25 South for about 14 miles until the intersection of Rte. 25 and Rte. 111. Turn Left onto Rte. 111. First Right onto Old Mine Rd.

Directions

I-91:   - Exit 10 (Rt. 40) to end, right onto Rt. 10 north (Whitney Ave), go approx.1.5 miles, turn left on Sherman Ave. (Dunkin' Donuts), 0.7 miles, turn right on Corporate Ridge. Continue up Corporate Ridge to #36. The building is on the left.

Rt. 15 S: - Exit 62 (Whitney Ave., North), right onto Whitney Ave. Follow as above.

Rt. I-84: - Exit onto Rt. 691, first exit (Cheshire, Rt. 10, south), follow Rt. 10 through Cheshire into Hamden (Rt. 10, Whitney Ave.), take right onto Sherman Ave. (Dunkin' Donuts), follow as above.

Rt. 15 N: - Exit 60 (Dixwell Ave.), left at end of exit, 0.8 miles, bear left at  Duchess Diner, go thru light onto Shepard Ave., 4 lights, right onto Sherman Lane, 1st left onto Sherman Ave., go 1.5 miles. Take a left onto Corporate Ridge. Continue up Corporate Ridge to #36. The building is on the left
